Alyson Bradley

Personal Trainer and Class Instructor

Alyson is the owner of AB Fitness Studio located Downtown Allen Park. She is NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach; and also graduated with an associates in Fitness Leadership.

Alyson trains clients 1on1 or 2on1, and teaches a variety of classes.

She has been involved in sports her whole life and loves staying active. She has been personal training since 2017 and has loved it ever since, it truly has become her passion. 

Jake Villaire

Personal Trainer and Class Instructor

Jake has been Personal Training since 2018 and teaching group classes since 2016. He is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and currently working on receiving his Nutrition Specialist Certification. Jake specializes in training athletes, weight loss, strength training, and everyday health and fitness. In his spare time he works at a supplement shop and trains to compete in the sport of bodybuilding. Health/Fitness has been a passion of his for a long time. Reach out to start hitting your goals!

Karen Poljanac

Class Instructor

Karen has been teaching Group Fitness Classes for the past 35 years. She has held certifications in both Group Fitness and Aquatic Fitness from both ACE and SCW organizations.  Karen also holds a Brown Belt in Isshinryu Karate.

Kickboxing is a favorite class of hers, and she also does 1-on-1 coaching.

Shannon OConnor

Class Instructor

After almost a decade of falling in love with Group Fitness and the community that comes with it, Shannon became Certified in Tabata GX in 2018! She's always striving to grow stronger both inside and outside of the gym, and what better way to do that then to step out of our comfort zones together in class.

Lindsey Gierucki

Class Instructor and Personal Trainer

Lindsey grew up playing sports and really enjoyed being as active as she could be ! She is a mom of two which always keeps her on her toes. 

Lindsey has been a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor for over 2 years. She loves the gym atmosphere and helping people out while there. She has been practicing yoga for 6 years. Some of her favorite things about yoga are; calming the mind, connecting to your breath, and moving your body. Lindsey loves to be able to help anyone and everyone out. She helps people on their fitness journey, as well as physically, mentally, and nutritionally. Everyones journey starts somewhere, and it never hurts to get a little push!
