Ready to workout at home for 1/2 the month of April?! Our lives are very busy and hectic at times, but you still need to set time aside to work on YOU! With this at home Full Body Plan, you will need a pair of dumbbells and about 30-40 minutes. You owe it to yourself! Every other day you will be given about 3 Circuits to complete for that day and a certain amount of rounds to do for each circuit.
